Colin & Louise
A day full of the wonderfulness of life.
We were able to bring the wedding a week earlier to beat Boris’s restriction of only 15 people.
It was a little on the blustery side but a serving of hearty food and a fire pit in the tipi made it a cosy day with Colin & Louise’s 30 friends and family.
Not a canapé in sight - triple cooked chips were served with proper mayonnaise to go alongside a glass of champagne when their guests arrived at the venue - Colin & Louise’s idea and we were 100% on board!
Food
With Scottish roots on both sides, chicken & leek pie served with mash, green & gravy seemed an appropriate fit. Simple feta salad with rosemary focaccia to start and rounded off with New York cheesecake, vanilla ice cream, Tunnocks caramel crumb & a passion fruit & Irn Bru coulis.
Drinks
Full self service bar including a good selection of spirits, craft beer and traditional ales.
